Who we are
Salon by Splash is run by Splash Designs Ltd., trading as Splash, an Irish web agency based in Co. Kerry. You can reach us at go@splash.ie or on 0818 44 55 66, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. These terms are the agreement between Splash and your salon.

What you get
A website for your salon on your own domain, built by us and hosted, secured and backed up by us. HeyPostie, a WhatsApp contact that updates your website, your Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook when you ask it to.
Online booking is an optional add-on at €19 a month plus VAT. WhatsApp and email campaigns use credits you buy as you need them.

Price and payment
Salon by Splash costs €39 a month plus VAT. There is no build fee. We bill monthly in advance, by card or direct debit. If a payment fails we will let you know by WhatsApp and try again. If a price changes, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice.

No contract
You can cancel at any time by messaging HeyPostie or emailing go@splash.ie. Your website stays live until the end of the month you have paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.

Your domain and your content
Your domain is registered in your salon’s name. If you leave, it is yours to keep and we will help you move it.
Everything you send us, including photos, prices, text and voice notes, remains yours. You give us permission to publish it on your website and the accounts you connect for as long as you use the service. You confirm you have the right to use what you send, including permission from anyone who appears in a photo.

How changes are made
HeyPostie only takes instructions from mobile numbers you have approved. It shows you what will change before anything goes live, and nothing is published until you reply YES. UNDO reverses the last change.
Keep your phone secure, and tell us straight away if a number changes or a phone is lost.

Connected accounts
When you connect Google, Instagram, Facebook or a booking system, you authorise us to publish and update on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time by asking HeyPostie. Those services set their own rules, and we cannot control their outages or changes.

Messages to your clients
Reminders, offers and review requests go to your clients from your salon’s own WhatsApp number or email, not from HeyPostie. You are responsible for having your clients’ permission to contact them, and for honouring anyone who asks to stop. We will help you keep to the rules, and we may pause a campaign that breaks them.

What we promise, and the limits
We aim to keep your website online around the clock and to fix any problem quickly. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we are not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, WhatsApp, Google, Meta or other services outside our control.
Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending the service
You can leave at any time. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if payment is more than 30 days overdue or the service is used for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
When the service ends, we will give you a copy of your website content and help you move your domain if you ask within 30 days.

Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will tell you by WhatsApp or email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

The law that applies
These terms are governed by Irish law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Irish courts. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law.
